Red Square

Red Square

How can Red Square be useful in a strictly everyday, practical sense?..

At first glance, it is not useful at all.

But as it turned out, I personally managed to find and derive some real, practical benefit from it.

There is an ice rink on Red Square. Yes, it’s not very large. Yes, the skating skill level of the majority is extremely... recreational, meaning you have to constantly dodge people (some are just filming shorts or taking selfies).

But for some reason, it is precisely here that you can vividly, piercingly, and undeniably feel the spirit of Celebration: the festive atmosphere of it all, and yourself within it – celebrating who-knows-what... simply rejoicing.

And sometimes, we all need a celebration. Even without any special occasion, without a red-letter day on the calendar – for no reason at all, just because. Sometimes you just need to shake off... all this... and, as it turns out, the ice rink in the Russian capital's main square is perfectly suited for exactly that.

How's going? All good, or just in love with duct tape and WD-40?
